Worst phone I've owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently switched to Samsung and was excited to do, as my wife always had good things to say about her Samsung phones. Reasonably priced but the phone is beyond slow. Freezes and lags when getting text messages. Can't run Android Auto without lagging. Overall the phone is just terrible. It'll be the last time I get a lower level Samsung phone again, if I even choose to stay with Samsung at all after this experience.

Product has glitches

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product has some glitches that need to be addressed. I have already Received a replacement 3 days after purchase. New replacement still glitches. If it will let me restart it fixes it temporarily otherwise I let it sit idol for a period and it begins to work properly until it doesn't. Repeat all over again. When the product is working properly it is ok.
