I'm on my 3rd Galaxy A15

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really don't want to be unappreciative, but this is my 3rd A15, not because I love it, but because this is one of the....galaxy device's that I cannot say a good word about. I love Samsung Galaxy, it's the only phone I swear by, since my blackberry lol. But this version, A15, Don't snatch this one, I guarantee it will not be one of the best that galaxy has to offer. I'm sorry for the bad review, I guess I'm just disappointed after being so happy all these years.

If you’re experiencing a delay when calls connect, it may be due to your mobile service provider, as connection congestion can occur during peak times, regardless of the device you’re using.
For a seamless app transition, we recommend periodically optimizing your device. The Quick optimization feature enhances performance by identifying apps that use excessive battery power, clearing unnecessary items from memory, deleting unwanted files, scanning for malware, and closing background apps. Optimizing your phone is a quick and straightforward process. Go to Settings, swipe to and tap Device care, then tap Optimize now and select Done.

This product would not be on my list to buy agai

Shirley's in a phone that I would put on a list to buy again Samsung, A15 5G. Not that worthy. Numerous glitches in the phone just all around, not a good phone. Can't believe samsung would put this phone out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone took ok pictures but it's game system really sucks and the video sucks the storage was horrible and it's not even 5g. I have had a lot of samsung devices and I will say this was the only one I didn't like I would not expect a free a15 the a16 is alot better so I suggest if you can't decide witch one is better I'll tell you it is the a16. Sorry samsung I never say anything bad about you and I always tell people when they ask that I would always pick a samsung over any other brand. I love samsung it's totally has the best devices. Keep up the good work. Xoxo
