Like I said I love Samsung's that's all my family owns but I have had a lot of issues with the last to Galaxy's I have bought and paid for and had to replace within a month on one of them. The features make it possible for me to maneuver thru the phones

I am very pleased with this phone's features.

I can play games, watch sports and TV, listen to music, read my email and search the web very conveniently on a daily basis. Battery life is excellent and charges quickly. I love this phone!

Love this phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my phone for 5 years. It hasn't given me any issues. I don't even want a new phone. The camera is great. The space I have tons of pictures and a few videos. I can tell it's coming time for a new phone bit I really don't want to part with this one. It still does everything I need it to do. I don't like the phone options out now. So we'll have to see.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is terribly slow. I'm constantly having to restart it and 90% of the time even that doesn't help. It won't read any of the SD cards that I have put in. The one that it happened to read it all of a sudden quit and I lost all of my pictures that can't be replaced.

It’s cost-effective, frees up internal memory, and is easily removable, allowing you to access files using a PC. Many concerns with the SD card can be resolved with a few simple steps. First, format the card. You will need to format the card using a phone or tablet. Important: Before formatting the SD card, test it with another device and back up any important data. Warning: Formatting the SD card erases all data currently stored on it. To prevent data loss, back up your data before formatting the SD card.
Insert the MicroSD card. The location of the microSD card slot varies between devices. For specific instructions, refer to the user manual.
To format the MicroSD card, navigate to and open Settings, then tap Battery and Device care. Tap Storage, then tap More options (represented by three vertical dots), and finally tap Advanced. Tap SD card, and then tap Format. Tap Format again to confirm. For more detailed information on formatting your SD card, check out the online article titled “Problems with SD cards on a Samsung phone or tablet.”
