So much so, I have to reboot once in a while to get it to reset. It's a workhorse and I'm always dropping it. It has been great for the time I've owned it. I use AI when researching local events and sites for customers.

Great, but could use some work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a true Samsung user. My very first one was the S4 and have fallen in love since. I currently have the A15 5G. The phone is great, but definitely needs work. It's very slow, I have to restart it almost daily or it runs at a snail pace, usually I have no issue having my maps, Spotify, and messages up at the same time, but this one will crash if I open more then one thing at a time. My apps will close in the middle of using it, and it also doesn't automatically connect to my car. The battery is wonderful, the camera has amazing quality, the storage seems unlimited, those things are great. However since it crashes all the time, runs slow, and won't let me open anything for 15 seconds after I unlock my phone, it Definitely needs to be updated.
