[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a problem when we upgrade the phones because we're not dealing with the same settings or anything else for the phone you had before so it's become an adjustment for me but I've been working around it so I truly like the phone it was just I had to get used to it.

This phone was a monster of a phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone that I had was such a beast that I probably dropped it over 1000 times and not once did I have any problems with it I could literally hold it screen down and the screen would literally no lie hang off of it but unfortunately I dropped it one last time and how I said the screen would hang off of it it broke the screen I can still access it sometimes but I had to get another galaxy not a new one yet I'm using another old one that I had but I won't buy anything but a galaxy

This is a great phone if you're on a budget

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There's some issues I've had and other people I know that have experienced where sometimes you yap on the screen it dosent work, but overall for the price this phone is great especially if you're on a budget.

Your Galaxy device’s touchscreen is its navigation center, so we understand how worrisome it can be when the touch function isn’t working properly. The touchscreen may not work correctly if a third-party screen protector or accessory is attached. In particular, it may not work well if there is dust or air under the screen protector, if two or more protective films are adhering to the screen, or if the protective film is peeling near the edge of the screen. Remove the screen protector or film if it is peeling or has debris underneath it. If you are keeping the screen protector or film, you can enable the touch sensitivity option to help with taps and touches. Open Settings, then tap Display, and then tap the switch next to Touch sensitivity. Also, ensuring your are completing software updates, will allow for a better functionality with your device. Unlocked samsung A15

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has always been pretty reliable just lately it's been seeming to bogged down so to say I've been pretty good at keeping it freed of space and have a pretty decent SD card in it also. I've not had many complaints about this device .too bad it was able to do e Sim or have the stylus . I've had Notes in the past and really liked them. When I'm able to afford it gonna go for the S25 ultra. But my wife has a s23 ultra and I can do similar tasks and performs pretty well still I'm satisfied with my Samsung over all been durable and is still doing what is needed.
