This device also suddenly does not update its software.

Thank you for sharing how it is going with your Galaxy A15 5G. With a 5,000mAh battery and Super Fast Charging capabilities, your device will last throughout your morning commute, workday, and evening. You can activate fast charging by going into your phone’s Settings, selecting the Battery options, scrolling down to Charging settings, and selecting Fast charging, allowing your device to charge faster. You can also monitor your phone battery usage in this setting as well. Always ensure you are using an authentic Samsung charger when charging your device. There may be times when you have to go in manually and do software updates. This action can be completed using two fingers, swiping down from the top of the screen, and then tapping the Settings icon. Swipe to and then tap Software Update or System Updates. It will vary between models. Tap Download and Install, Check for system updates, or Check for software updates, depending on your carrier. If an update is available, it should begin downloading automatically. However, you may need to tap Download now on some devices. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the update when the download is complete.
