The phone is rather slow most of the time

Sometimes, closing out background apps will allow for a more seamless performance with your phone. One of the most common options is a Quick Optimization on your phone. You can do this from the Settings on your device. From Settings, swipe to and tap Device care. Tap Optimize now, and then tap Done. It’s quick and will identify and stop many background applications and help clear out unnecessary files, scan for malware, and clear away items from memory that are no longer needed. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In my review, I was pleased with the Dimensity 6100+ powering the Galaxy A15 5G, and I'm happy it's held up well. It experiences slowdowns, but the phone doesn't lag for seconds after opening an app. I still think the 4GB of RAM holds it back. I've used other phones with the same chipset and more RAM and noticed a difference, but nothing that would prevent me from buying. Many overestimate what most people do with their smartphones. While editing 4K video would be off-limits on the Galaxy A15, it does the basics well.

The gaming experience on this device is great and smooth. Just that sometimes watching videos develops some bugs like: sound playing in the background without the images or the displays.
It runs perfectly fine.

Love my Galaxy A15 5G phone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loyal to Galaxy phones. Always my go to phone. My Galaxy A15 G5 is great for me. Seamless actions across apps! So great for all my needs. I'm an Android fan. I'm retired but I'm a busy lady. I do all my household business from my phone. I trust it for doing my banking, paying bills, making appointments, shopping, keeping lists, reminders, my calendar and texting my friends and family. I use apps to help me research products or watch videos to learn how to DIY. I watch movies, video chats. There's nothing my Galaxy can't do! It's very user friendly.

This product has a lot of issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I obtained my product I thought it was okay I liked my other product better that I had that was the same brand also. However as I got more familiar with my product that I bought I noticed that it kept having freezing issues and having to restart it multiple times and programs just simply not working correctly it became harder and harder to use

Has great battery life
