Way too many suspected spam and robocalls allowed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone itself has been great with downloading games and survey sites, which I utilize quite frequently in an attempt to somewhat supplement my income. However, the phone seems to do nothing to deter or otherwise block any unwanted robocalls or incoming solicitation calls. I have selected the option in my settings to not allow unknown calls to no avail whatsoever. I am constantly blocking and reporting robocalls and unsolicited sales calls. My phone literally rings two to three times every ten to fifteen minutes. That is not an exaggeration.

We want to thank you for letting us know how your experience with your Galaxy A15 5G has been. Everyone can understand the inconvenience of constantly receiving spam calls. Now, you do have the option of reducing them with your service provider, as well as call filtering on your phone itself. Receiving spam calls or persistent unwanted contacts can be bothersome. Fortunately, if you're using a Galaxy phone with Android 9.0 (Pie) or later, several methods block these numbers, ensuring their calls and text messages won't disturb you. You can also block numbers that are not saved as contacts. Navigate to and open the Phone app. Tap More options (the three vertical dots), then tap Settings. Tap Block numbers, enter the desired phone number, and tap Add (the plus sign). You can also tap Recents or Contacts and select a number to block. Tap Done to add the number to your blocked list. You can also select the Recents tab in the app and then select a number, Tap Menu (the three horizontal lines with three dots), and then Block. Tap Block to confirm. And Samsung tv is awesome Love it. It connects to all of my smart tvs. Looking to buy a Samsung tv. Keep up the good work.

If you notice your phone is freezing up more than expected, that is typically a good indicator that your phone asks for a software update. This is done to keep up with all updates that may be coming in with the applications on your phone. When your Galaxy phone or tablet freezes or crashes, it can be nerve-wracking. Performing simple actions like rebooting and updating the software are just a couple of the things you can do to prevent freezes and crashes in the future. On your device, navigate to Settings and open It. Swipe to and tap Software Update or System Updates. It will vary between models. Tap Download and Install or Check for software updates. It will begin downloading if an update is available, though you may need to tap Download now on some devices. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the update when the Download is complete.
