Thank you for letting us know about your experience with your Galaxy A15 5G. Suppose you notice that your phone is lagging during start-up. This typically happens because a lot of apps get aligned during start-up. Starting your phone in safe mode will help you see if the apps installed on your device are delaying the start process, and you can modify your phone accordingly. For example, if you start your phone in safe mode and it starts up without lag, then you can remove the application causing the slow start-up by the process of elimination. Please see the article below on how to start your phone in safe mode. Your phone screen may not start right away because your phone is processing the action. Ensuring you are clearing your phone's RAM will assist with this significantly. Is your device getting glitchy and slow? Please clean up your device's memory to improve its performance. From Settings, swipe to and tap Device care. Tap Memory, then Clean to free up memory by stopping background apps. If you'd like to keep certain apps running in the background, you can tap excluded apps and add your preferred apps to the list so they do not get closed when you use this feature. In that case, a quick optimization will allow you to quickly improve your device performance and help identify areas that may be causing the slowdown. Please see the article linked below for device optimization. Your device shut down unexpectedly, possibly due to updates. If you have auto-restart turned on, it may cause your phone to shut down. You can verify this by checking your device’s settings. Open Settings > Tap Device care, Tap Auto optimization, Tap Auto restart, Tap the switches to turn the Auto restart feature on or off, and set a schedule. The best of all...

I Iike everything, since the shape, the size and of course the system, I have the possibility to upgrade my phone for a newer version but I think I'm going to wait a little bit more, i love my phone!!!

I love the new refresh compared to the A14 5G, and switching from a Motorola phone, I'm never switching to any other brand. Samsung for the win!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Galaxy A15 phone is serviceable with a decent camera. It would be nice if the processor was a bit quicker but it's not bad. It has a good amount of hard drive memory and allows me to keep as many apps, games and books on it as I want. It does have seamless actions across apps which is nice. And the camera is pretty good too. Overall it's a good budget phone.
