The A15 is an overall great phone that I recommend

Advanced features at a reasonable price

Does what it's supposed to do

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone works great until memory or cache stacks up and if not cleared or cleaned up will lead to the phone becoming very slow and unresponsive. Maybe because I have a flagship style phone in a galaxy s model. Everything on the a15 just feels sub par.

We thank you for taking the time to share your experience with your Galaxy A15 5G. Taking your phone out of the box means there is so much to learn; it is getting to know you. However, a little spring cleaning on your device will be necessary over time. You know that optimizing your phone will help it stay in tip-top condition. This is important because your phone will collect data that must be cleared out over time. Are you aware of Quick Optimization? It can be done relatively quickly and as often as you like. The Quick optimization feature improves your device's performance by identifying apps that use excessive battery power. It also clears unneeded items from memory, deletes unnecessary files, scans for malware, and closes apps running in the background. Optimizing your phone is quick and straightforward. From Settings, swipe to and tap Device care. Tap Optimize now, and then tap Done. Note: The Optimization feature will not appear when Device care determines your phone is in Great condition. Exactly what I was needing

My Galaxay A15 had the storage capacity, design, and convince I was needing for my day to day. I use quite a few apps, but I was never able to keep them on my old phone, and I can take pictures again! I love being able to use the new seamless actions across apps available on the Galaxy A15.

Making a phone call, sending a text, streaming a show on the go- you want to ensure you can do those things easily. Suppose you notice a bandwidth slowdown to your phone, depending on your region and environment. In that case, your device may temporarily disconnect from your mobile network or have a slow connection. This may be due to your subscribed plan, access region, and mobile network settings. It may be a good idea to reset some of your phone settings. Open Settings and then tap General management. Tap Reset, and then tap Reset network settings. Tap Reset settings. You may be prompted to enter your PIN or password to continue if you have one set. Finally, tap Reset. You can now test your mobile connection. Additional troubleshooting steps will be in an article linked below.
