Hello Babyurl,
Thank you for letting us know how your Galaxy A15 5G experience has been so far. Understanding how you are using your phone will allow us to run some troubleshooting steps with you. If you are noticing your battery life is draining faster than usual, it may be a good idea to ensure your background apps are closed down. Your device has a 5000mAh battery, which could allow for up to 2 days of battery life. However, activities that affect this, like streaming, video calling, and gaming, will use a lot of your phone's battery. If you are engaging in those activities to preserve battery life, try being connected to a power source. If you notice your phone's behavior is slower than usual, this may be because your phone needs a software update. Swipe down from the top of the screen using two fingers, and then tap the Settings icon. Next, swipe and tap the 'Software update' or 'System updates' option. Please note that the location of this option may vary between different models. The settings menu on a Samsung Galaxy device shows the 'Software update' option highlighted, with sub-options for 'Check for updates' and 'Update history.' Depending on your carrier, tap Download and Install, check for system updates, or Check for software updates. If an update is available, it should begin downloading automatically, although you may need to tap Download now on some devices. A software update screen on a Samsung Galaxy device displays the 'Download and install' option, a note that it was last checked on May 9, 2024, and a toggle for 'Auto download over Wi-Fi.' Once the Download is complete, follow the on-screen instructions to install the update. For a demonstration of completing the software update, please visit the link below. A great product for reading!

I’m so used to reading on my phone that I decided to ditch my kindle and go with a cheaper Samsung phone to read on. It is perfect for it honestly. I’m happy with my purchase. I really recommend it. It has seamless action across apps for fast switching from the kindle app to google for downloading all your e-books. If you don’t mind reading without the eink technology like me then, this phone is great for you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I am a gamer, my A15 5G works well throughout my play while using my feature Audio Erasure helps keep from lagging my game. I love the seamless action thru out my apps. And as for speed, now brief, the commercials fly by with beautiful pixels. As for phone calls, I use my speaker effortlessly and it is very clear to both parties. I am very happy with my A15 5G. Thank you for your time.
