[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE SAMSUNG!!! Once I heard of Samsung magic and how 100% of their products work, I had to make a switch. I am obsessed with Samsung new features such as, the Audio Eraser. Once again Samsung has made their product so much more personalizing for us. I have purchase a few Samsung tvs also and I would never buy another brand of TV or phone.

This product has great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Samsung phone, I will never get any other make. I have had Samsung products for over 5 years. The only thing they could prove on is the backlight it doesn't stay on for as long as I would like. It stays on for like 5 seconds and then I have got to tap my phone to bring my light back on. But, I still won't switch to any other phone. I will always stay with Samsung phones.

Worst phone ever

Scroll down to "Device Care," and then select "Auto Optimization." If you see that Auto Restart is enabled, this might be why your phone is restarting unexpectedly. Works well, too big for me

The A15 looked like plenty of upgrade and it has worked great, plus it was affordable and available off the shelf nearby. The thing that I don't like is it's actually hard to hold in my little fingers, and can barely fit in my (women's) pockets. I have no need for the latest greatest, but will be looking for a phone option that has a screen smaller than 6.5 inches.
