How is your camera set up? Are all of your sound settings adjusted to your preference? Let’s explore this. Your phone’s camera includes various features. With a 50MP camera, it’s almost impossible to take a bad shot. One feature you have is Live Focus. The Live Focus video options allow you to alter the background of your videos with just a tap. You can experiment with different styles to personalize your videos, whether you’re using the rear or front camera. To learn more about your camera’s settings and how to capture the best shot every time, please refer to the link provided below. When it comes to sound quality, it’s a matter of personal taste. How do you prefer your phone to sound? In your device's Settings, you can navigate to "Sounds and vibrations" and select "Sound quality and effects" to customize your audio settings. With the Equalizer, you can either choose a preset that meets your taste or create a custom setting. Peace of Mind

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My phone is connected with my Samsung Galaxy watch. The health and wear apps give me peace of mind. I'm able to monitor my heart rate, get reminders to take medications, log my caloric intake, log blood pressure and get helpful recorded information about my heart and oxygen levels during sleep plus so much more. The phone along with the watch were seamless in connecting/syncing the two are extremely accurate with the data being collected. This is my first purchase of a Samsung phone and Samsung watch. I'm appreciative of the ease of functionality and am ecstatic in my decision for purchasing both devices. I found my happy place with Samsung. Thanks Samsung! Sincerely,

It a great phone for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well I use my phone for calls and text but I also like watching videos and playing games.the phone works great but for texting I have trouble because the keyboard is a little small,as far as gaming and videos it's fair just a little slow but there is a feature yall should add and that is shaking the phone to switch on/off the light because it sucks having to pull the screen down in the middle of a game or video but other than that it's a great phone for the price!!!

If you like calling 911 several times a week.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It could be a 5 star, but you lock this thing and have the accidental touch protection turned on. It will endlessly randomly call and even text 911. So much so that they even know you by your 1st name.
Besides that, it is a very good phone for calling which seems weird to have to say, but the 2 other I was looking at were terrible with phone call quality.
Yes good at photos and videos. Also as a mechanic it is tough enough for endless drops without breaking (at least from 5 to 6 feet without missing a beat.

If you are finding your device freezing our slowing down on you, ensuring your phone’s software is up to date can make a difference in how your phone performs. On your device, navigate to and open Settings. Swipe to and tap Software update or System updates. It will vary between models. Tap Download and install or Check for software updates. If an update is available it will begin downloading, though you may need to tap Download now on some devices. Software update screen with Download and install option displayed.
