[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's slow, have to restart it more than any other phone I have had. It's not a bad phone. Takes a long time to load the page when I'm looking up something on the internet. There's times that I'll get a notice that the page can't load or that I'm not connected to the internet, I'll refresh it, then it'll load, it can be frustrating. I wish I had the money to upgrade to a better phone

To improve your device's performance, you can try some troubleshooting steps. First, go to Settings, then swipe to and tap on Device care. Next, tap on Memory, and select Clean now to free up memory by stopping background apps. If you'd like certain apps to remain active in the background, you can tap on Excluded apps and add your preferred apps to the list, preventing them from being closed while using this feature. For a more thorough way to clean your phone's memory, consider rebooting it occasionally. To restart your phone, swipe down from the top of the screen with two fingers to open the Quick settings panel, then tap the Power icon. Select Restart and confirm by tapping Restart again. If necessary, you will need to enter your PIN or password once the reboot is complete. You can also set your phone to reboot automatically at times when you won’t be using it. To do this, go to Settings, swipe to and tap Device care, then select Auto optimization. Turn on the switch next to Restart when needed. This feature will keep your device running smoothly by automatically closing background apps and cleaning its memory. After the restart, you will need to unlock your phone with your credentials.
