For beginners or first phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone is overall good the volume is mid and sounds low quality. The phone I got was international version and it works well connecting to 4, 3, and 2G networks world wide. The only problem is the antenna. Like I said it's for beginners who are looking for their first phone or are ready to place an order. However, the phone antenna seems to be weak for me when is 4G LTE and struggles to keep up with other phones signal. Overall it works fine and if I could I would improve it to be more appealing and suitable for people.

If your phone connection is not working as expected there may be several reasons for this! Please consider checking your network. Some features of the nearby landscape, such as trees and buildings, can interfere with your phone's reception, and this can vary by carrier. If you are indoors, try stepping outside to see if your signal improves. You may also be outside your carrier's coverage area, or they may be experiencing an outage. Another troubleshooting option is Reset your SIM Card. Open Settings. Tap Connections. Tap SIM card manager. Tap the Switch next to SIM 1, and then tap OK on the warning. Turn the SIM back on by tapping the Switch again. Please see the link below to an article that goes into more detail about establishing a better connection with your device. This product has good features for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the price that I paid for the product, I found that it's good enough. It has a fast charge, which I love. It's small and light enough to carry seamlessly on me without any extra weight issues. I accidentally dropped it a few times and although I tried to be careful enough, aside from a few dents on the sides, the product has been able to perform at it's best despite the accident. I love the fact that i can add extra memory with an external memory card. The only downside, which is the reason that I gave the device a 4 stars, it's the fact that I'm not able to use the product abroad using an e-card, which would be a down side if needed for work abroad the united states. Although, I can use the wifi whenever there's connectivity available outside of the country and I was able to use this method as an alternative.
