[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works as a phone.... when it wants to. Drops cell network or loses data randomly. Skips on Bluetooth to the point of restarting basically every time. While on phone calls screen doesn't close and allows you to put on hold or dial numbers

Response from Samsung USBy R&R, February 15, 2025
Hey Itsok3, It seems like you've really been getting acquainted with your Galaxy A15 5G! Let’s see if we can help boost your experience a bit. We all know how frustrating it can be when calls aren’t connecting or take a long time to go through. It might feel like the wires got crossed—who knows what exactly happens, right? In some cases, network signal can be affected by your environment and location. If you're consistently experiencing dropped calls or trouble accessing the network, it could be an is something going on with your service provider. However, let's focus on what you can do with your device. One troubleshooting step to consider is performing a network reset. Here’s how to reset your network settings on your phone or tablet: 1. Open the **Settings** app. 2. Navigate to **General Management**, then tap on **Reset**. 3. Select **Reset Network Settings**.
- You may be prompted to enter your security credentials. Tap **Reset** to finish. For Bluetooth connections, it might also be a good idea to reset those settings if you're having trouble. Just tap **Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Settings** for problems with your Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections. Keep in mind that you will need to reconnect to your Bluetooth devices and Wi-Fi networks afterward. Additionally, if you're finding that your phone screen stays on during calls—leading to accidental hold or mute—it can be quite frustrating. Fortunately, there are options in the Settings that can help adjust this. You should check the **Double Tap to Turn On Screen** motion gesture setting. To do this: 1. Open **Settings**, then tap on **Advanced Features**. 2. Tap on **Motions and Gestures**. 3. Switch on the **Double Tap to Turn On Screen** option. 4. If necessary, enable the **Double Tap to Turn Off Screen** feature. I hope this information helps! More details and resources with additional informative articles will be provided below. If you need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our Samsung Support Team. We appreciate your feedback, and thank you for being a part of the Samsung community!
