my phone was super slow and sucks at getting updat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] still haven't found a positive for having this phone the memory gets clouded fast and the phone slows down completely to the point where I can't work it.

Thank you for sharing your feedback about your Galaxy A15 5G. We appreciate your input and understand that it can be frustrating when your phone isn't performing as expected. Fortunately, there are some steps you can take to improve its performance. First, try cleaning up your device's memory. To do this, go to Settings, swipe to find Device care, and tap on it. Then, select Memory and tap "Clean now" to free up memory by stopping background apps. If you'd like to keep certain apps running in the background, you can add them to the Excluded apps list so they won’t be closed when you use this feature. Another effective way to enhance performance is to occasionally reboot your phone. To restart your device, swipe down from the top of the screen using two fingers to open the Quick settings panel, then tap the Power icon. Select Restart, and confirm by tapping Restart again. If prompted, you may need to enter your PIN or password after the reboot is complete. For added convenience, you can set your phone to reboot automatically during times you won’t be using it, such as late at night. To enable this, go to Settings, tap on Device care, select Auto optimization, and turn on the switch for "Restart when needed." This feature will help keep your device running smoothly by closing background apps and cleaning up memory. After this automatic restart, you will need to unlock your phone with your credentials. If your phone still isn't behaving like it should after following these steps, we recommend checking additional troubleshooting options that address RAM and virtual storage. Impressive Galaxy features.

Love the features of this device. Small issue

The only issue.is sometimes it overheats.making the phone bug out. It's only happened twice but it renders the phone useless until it cools down. But overall I love the phone and would definitely buy again
