Good Samsung Phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't sure if this phone would be capable of playing some games and run all my apps since it is a mid level phone, but surprisingly it runs games beautifully and everything else I have thrown at it, runs fast, doesn't glitch out, overall one of my favorite phones.
I can switch between apps with no problems, I usually have to check emails while on zoom or video calls and I can switch between, phone, video, zoom, email, and messaging with no issues and quickly.

I am disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my A15 5G phone for everything from work, to streaming videos, playing games, and.capturing memories of my family. I am not impressed with the camera quality. I had an older samsung phone from over 10 years ago that had a far superior camera. There should be seamless action across apps but I am continuously running into errors and issues with this device. I also feel that it runs slower than other phones I've owned. I got a Samsung because I remembered how much I love my phone from years ago,but this phone is very disappointing.

Batter life is great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I need a phone that can run multiple apps at once without killing the battery. This phone is just that. Although it is still new and don't know how good the battery will be in a year or two. It is great for right now. Time will tell if that will change. I don't usually upgrade every year. But when I do upgrade I expect the battery to last a long time with all the app you will eventually get.

The device is a great budget phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The galaxy A15 has two microphones, 3 cameras on the back one camera on the front, one speaker,6.5in super amoled display 90hz, its 4 stars because qhen i play games my hand blocks the speaker on the bottom and cant hear the game well, its a little slow but its okay because i love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first got the phone it was defective and was opening apps on its own and not registering touch on screen
Returned first phone for a new one and has work good for a few months then the response time was slowing down and sometimes not registering touch. The overall performance of phone has degraded rapidly and am waiting to be able to upgrade phone. I have had other Samsung phones in past and all other have been great phone just this model has been one headache after another.

It’s great to discover you have always had positive experiences with your Galaxy devices overall. So you are on to your new Galaxy A15 5G. Adapting to a new device can always be fun. With a lot of the new updates to devices and how software works we have definitely come a long way. If your phone is showing signs of slowing down and not quite performing the way it did when you first received it, a couple trouble shooting steps may be able to assist with that. One of them being ensure you are doing regular software updates. You may get a notification about an update, if you cannot do it at that particular time, set it up for a time that would be good for you, it may be in the overnight hours or when you know your phone will be at rest for a little while. Secondly, a little device optimization can only improve your device, by doing a Quick optimization feature improves your device's performance by identifying apps that use excessive battery power. It also clears away unneeded items from memory, deletes unnecessary files, scans for malware, and closes apps running in the background. Optimizing your phone is quick and simple. From Settings, swipe to and tap Device care. Tap Optimize now, and then tap Done. Note: The Optimization feature will not appear when Device care determines your phone is in Great condition. And finally, if you try these troubleshooting steps and you are still experiencing the same outcome, check out the article that will be linked with other methods that can be performed to improve you device’s performance. The galaxy A series has great storage.

I live how I can toggle from one to another with no issues whatsoever. It's super easy to go from playing a game to attending my online classes. The switch is fast easy and seamless.
