Constant reboots after 1 year of being great phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Phone was fine for a year, then after a software update the phone constantly reboots due to conflict between 2 apps that came with the phone. Had to start using another browser due to this. Samsung Galaxy AI came close to resolving issue, but in searching web, a lot of folks have had and still have the issue. Phone is 2 years old this month and I would have given it at least 4 stars, but 3 star is more realistic. Like screen size and the many attributes of the A15 5g. Too bad for app conflict. May finally do factory reset

Software updates are like oil changes and tune-ups for your phone or tablets, they keep things running smoothly. They also help improve the user interface, enhance security, and remove minor bugs. We recommend updating the software whenever a new version is available so you can make sure your device stays in tip-top shape. Now, if you are having issues with any apps freezing or crashing, even after updates, there are a few things you can try to resolve your problem. Clearing the app cache, checking if the app is compatible with your device, rebooting your device, optimizing your device, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and even checking for additional updates are all things that may help. Third-party apps can cause random or constant reboots to happen on your phone or tablet. You can perform a software update; factory reset or turn on Safe mode to determine if an app is causing the issue. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a good phone but it lags very bad and I don't have any of my games download on it...so I just use it for texting and phone calls other than that I use my galaxy s21 for everything else and I LOVE my galaxy s21

This product is too slow for me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a previous owner of the Galaxy Note series, I guess I just expected more from the A15 5G. The A15 5G has a very slow response to touch. The camera is not up to par as i feel it should be , the screen itself just doesn't look clear to me. The Galaxy AI is just not usable on this device. I have to give the A15 5G a big thumbs down!
