I discovered the galaxy in a phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'd like to share the first real in depth experience I've had that felt worthwhile. For a long time I struggled with signal in a variable signal zone. It's no one's fault some places are just like that. The day I switched from a galaxy A03 to an Galaxy A15 5G I was hooked. Granted I don't pay much attention to the Galaxy AI it clearly functions well as I rarely loose signal. This phone has many desirable features including top rate processing for competitive online gaming and the screen itself responds much better than my older phone. Of course I can say it works great all day, in the end we both know you have to experience it yourself to believe it. I believe the creators put their all into creating this masterpiece so I've put effort into really reviewing it. It holds up in cold weather, obviously not underwater so keep it dry. Has great sound quality for calls and music. Loads of space and heightened AI to keep things where they belong and in tip top shape. Overall I'd say I wish I'd had this phone sooner and I'm very happy I have it at all. Great gift for Christmas especially if your child or loved one games or makes videos. It's also good for simple video streaming like YouTube or any other app. The 5G at its best works to present about 5 to 10 mb per millisecond, it could probably do better in a place thats not a variable signal zone. So it's great all in all perfect for the average person.

I am so glad i switched to the samsung galaxy. This product has great features. The camera takes beautiful photos. It has a great amount of storage which was my main reason for picking this phone.

Worst phone I think I've ever had. I've had to do multiple (!!!) factory resets in order for it to be halfway functional. The lag out of the box was bad but I figured with some use to get it warmed up and some setting changes it would be better but it's only gotten worse in the 5 months I've had it. Now its overheating like crazy trying to perform the simplest tasks like googling things or sending text messages. I can't even talk on the phone without using headphones because it gets SO hot that it hurts my ear. The camera won't even work half the time because the lag is horrendous, it takes 5-6 taps on the shutter just to get ONE picture and trying to use the pro/panorama/macro camera settings make the entire app crash. Half the time I can't make or receive calls when I'm connected to my home wifi even with wifi calling on which is extremely frustrating. Right now I'm waiting for my phone to unfreeze from trying to make sure my alarms for tomorrow are set, it's very hot to the touch and unresponsive. A phone shouldn't take a factory reset, let alone multiple, just to be temporarily functional and go right back to being what is essentially an expensive paper weight. I'm very disappointed in this phone and the fact I wasted money on it, I'm currently looking to get a different one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I do not need everything the latest top releases offer, and this phone gives me a lot more than just the bare necessities. Way more! It does all that was promised and more.

A new phone fresh out of the box, going through set it's similar to driving a new car off the lot; it's a nice feeling. As we all know, with a new car, we have to do a little maintenance occasionally, such as taking it in for an oil change. Make sure we get that tune-up. The same goes for your mobile device, your cellphone being one. If your phone is running slower than you are used to, it's your phone's way of saying, "Hey, something is not right!" In most cases, it just needs a software update. This allows your phone to stay compatible with your favorite apps. It could be your phone just needs a little refresh. A Quick optimization can boost your phone to make it feel almost new again. The Quick optimization feature improves your device's performance by identifying apps that use excessive battery power. It also clears unneeded items from memory, deletes unnecessary files, scans for malware, and closes apps running in the background. Optimizing your phone is quick and straightforward. From Settings, swipe to and tap Device Care. Tap Optimize now, and then tap Done. Optimize Now button is highlighted in a device care setting Note: The Optimization feature will not appear when Device Care determines your phone is in Great condition.
