When your Galaxy phone or tablet freezes or crashes, it can be really nerve-wracking. The good news is that this can probably be fixed without having to send it in for service. Performing simple actions like rebooting and updating the software are just a couple of the things you can do to prevent freezes and crashes in the future. Take a look at, "Samsung phone or tablet freezes and crashes" when you have the time to conduct some troubleshooting steps on your device to help resolve what you may be experiencing. If your Galaxy phone or tablet is draining quickly and doesn't seem to charge at all, doesn't charge past 85%, doesn't charge when connected to a PC, or doesn't charge when connected to Samsung DeX, there are a couple of things that may be causing the problem. For instance, you may simply need to replace a worn-out USB cable, or make sure you're using the correct charger. Also take a look at, "Galaxy phone or tablet will not charge" when you have the time to help resolve what you have described to be experiencing with charging your battery. TO BE HONEST, THIS PHONE IS NOTHING SPECIAL

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm going to start with the fact that I specifically asked AI what smart phone is better then the A15, and the was basically all cell phones are better then this one!
I hate to give a bad review but I've had nothing but problems since I got this phone.
From cell provider down to the quality of the cell phone itself just lacks every way possible.
Needless to say, I don't recommend this phone because I've had issues like, constant freezing, slow lagging apps, delays in calls, texts and voicemail. Even trying to get a replacement through the warranty was found to be absolutely impossible.
