Not the greatest model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The A15 5G looks nice and is pretty durable but the operating system and features could definitely be improved upon my phone is extremely slow at all times I have connection issues constantly when I answer the phone I can hear the person on the other end saying hello yet the phone is still ringing it doesn't Auto download updates like it's supposed to cuz I have auto update checked I'll go into the Play store and see 40 updates required but all of them have auto update checked there's just so many issues with this phone I'm not a satisfied customer I miss my z flip

To keep up with the nuts and bolts of your device's performance, you can use the Device care feature. "How to keep your Galaxy phone or tablet from slowing down" is a fabulous resource that you can look at when you have some available time to learn how you can automatically optimize your phone for faster, better performance. Now, if your phone or tablet's touchscreen is frozen or does not respond to touch, it doesn't necessarily mean something is wrong with your device. It could be something as simple as a faulty app. In some rare cases in Android 10 or 11, a manual update may fail to complete. Here are additional steps you can take to resolve the issue: 1. Open your phone’s Settings. 2. Tap Apps, and then tap Google Play Store. 3. Tap Storage, and then tap Clear data. 4. Read the information, and then tap OK. Note: Doing this will clear some of your Play Store settings like parental controls, auto-update preferences, etc. Please recheck these settings after following these steps. All my phones have been Samsung Galaxy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the new phone I was offered. A15 5G Galaxy. I've had it for 3 months activated and I really watch it doing thing by itself. I'm very disappointed in this phone. My husband tells me we'll get a better one! That's great, but I Don't like setting up a new phone. Sometime soon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ⁴one life! Trust me I had quite a few of a reportua of cellphones. 😁 However, this phone is pretty much EVERYTHING i ever wanted!!! I know it might sound crazy but, I am completely being honest...the GALAXY AI takes great pictures. The quality of them is insane. The AI helps so much, making the pnone super easy to use. It has great new features and the last thing I HAVE to tell you is...The SOUND!!!! I love the speakers and the way music sounds...specially when I connect it to my bigger speaker...In conclusion this phone is going to be one revolution the market...Get it now when is 🔥
