Nice vest, but could use different design

1- Looks like a bulletproof vest, so have gotten some looks from others. They are right though.
2- The vest could really use a pocket to hold your phone or something else. The pockets for the extra weights are hard to get to easily, so not convenient for phone/keys, etc.

Weighed vest and ankle weights

The weighted vest is so heavy my son had to help me put it on. It feels so good on my back and the ankle weights, I started doing leg lifts with them on.

Great that you can choose to use the ankle weights as part of the vest weight or separately--very versatile. Putting the vest on takes getting used to--it superheated into 2 parts and it took me a minute to figure it out to line up the velcro pieces correctly. Very sturdy vest will last and last!

Like the versatility provided by vest and ankle weights; swapping weight in and out. Both are a little bulky but not as bad as others I’ve tried
