I’ve been looking to buy a weighted vest and this is exactly what I was looking for. Very high quality and easy to adjust for desired fit. I’m am 5’2” and weigh 103lbs. The women’s size fit perfectly.

I just received my FlexVest today and I am excited to get started. It's very heavy for me right now but, I will take it easy little by little to strengthen myself to build up my Endurance/Stamina. I will start on my treadmill before I go outside walking. I'm looking forward to seeing my outcome. ❤️?

My husband says he can tell a big difference when wearing this vest while walking! Especially on hills!! Well made, easy to put on and is comfortable. He wears it over a regular tshirt. Give it a try!
