Tired of constant updates

The hardware is great, I own two. But I’m so exhausted by the non stop updates. Every time I touch an app it tells me I need to accept a new terms and conditions or privacy policy to continue using it. Why does it change all the time? And if I don’t accept their whims I can’t use my tv anymore? How is this allowed? If you want a TV that just works when you flip the switch, this isn’t it.

FRUSTRATING

The TV has an annoying occasional habit of turning the sound off from the optical connection to the sound bar. To resolve the TV has to be turned off from the mains and turned back on. A real pain!
