This is an excellent piece. My Voyager 5200 finally died - something in my body chemistry eventually corrodes the rubber - and I replaced it with this! It doesn't have as many 'advanced' features as the 5200, but it was half the cost and does everything I want it to. I didn't use the 'advanced' features often, anyway.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Quality of the headphones were severely lacking. Sitting right next to the laptop and the connection was poor at best. Clients and Co-workers couldn't understand anything I was saying. Checked for all the updates and the FAQ but nothing tried changed the quality of connection.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
