I was used to the original earpiece where you could not just answer and incoming call but also place an outgoing call. Hit the button, say "call" and then the name of the person in your contact list. This newer versions of the Plantronics units do not allow this. It is just an adjustment on my part but fine since the new driving laws say no picking up cell phones in a car basically. If the phone rings I can still answer it with the tap on the earpiece. I feel I can hear the caller without issue and everyone has said they sound is clear with no background noise on their end. That's what I needed for use in my older vehicle.

If you need this to eliminate background sounds during a meeting, don't bother. It doesn't pick up.

Sound quality is excellent, easy to connect to phone. Only down fall is it’s very bulky, I wear glasses doesn’t fit like I would like it too. I have a hearing aid in my left ear. Feel like it’s made for use in left ear, controls are akward in right ear.
