Super cute!!

The case fits really well! It does seem a bit flimsy at the bottom where the charger port is. The color i got was don’t even chai, it’s really cute! It’s a bit shimmery which i didn’t expect, but it looks really nice. It’s more of a champagne tone than brown/beige. Really happy with the case!! Seems a bit over priced but I’m assuming it will be a sturdy long lasting case. Looks adorable with my pop socket too :)

Worst protection ever

I bought the iPhone 14 pro with a OtterBox symmetry case plus back in mid September. After a week of use I dropped it out of my pocket onto the floor. I pick it up and there’s no cracks on the front Until I take the case off and there’s cracks everywhere on the back. After my frustration I just deal with it. A few weeks later I drop it off my couch. And there’s a crack on the front of the screen. I am so disappointed with this case and will NEVER be buying a OtterBox again and do not recommend at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We genuinely do everything we can in terms of design, material selection, manufacturing, and post-production testing to ensure our cases will provide the best protection available to help limit the potential for such discouraging outcomes, but unfortunately, any given incident is still subject to some unique dynamics that prevent us from being able to eliminate all risk.
Our warranty can't help with device repairs or replacement, but we would very much like to get you set up with a new OtterBox for a fresh start on that side of things. Protected phone in hard fall

I did a near face plant on concrete/pavement today while holding my phone. The back of the phone, protected by the case, slammed into the pavement. The case was damaged, but the phone is intact! (And the fall was hard enough my Apple Watch thought I had been in a crash and was ready to call 911.)
Before the heavy fall, the case was great. The Bluetiful color looks gray in some lights and blue in others, but I like it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Frustrating

It is very frustrating as the only way I purchased this particular case was to be able to charge my phone on the mobile charger, but unless I take it off the case It Will Not Charge on the mobile device! I am not recommending this case again because I only purchased it to charge my phone on the mobile device.

No protection for camera

Doesn’t protect the camera on the back. It’s flushed with the lens (there’s no bumper around the camera/lenses ) and it didn’t protect it when the phone had its first fall. Bummed about my broken new phone/camera.
