Sturdy and nice design but I wish the edge was more grippy- the phone constantly slides everywhere and is now hard to hold.

AVOID

I dropped my phone with this case on it and the entire back side of the phone has swirls of cracks and will need to be replaced. The case, however, isn’t damaged at all. The drop was less than three feet. I am going back to the rubberized Defender if OtterBox makes one for the 14 pro plus since OtterBox clearly doesn’t make a magsafe case that can protect the phone from normal impact. If not I’m looking elsewhere. I’ve been using Otters for years and this is the first time the case completely failed. I dropped my 8 plus many times and never had an issue with the Symmetry. FAIL on this one.

Terrible protection

I’ve always used otters and never had an issue. I loved the look of this case so I bought it for my brand new iPhone 14 pro. I was walking in the door this morning and my dog got excited and jumped on me. My phone fell and the whole back is now shattered… I spent a lot of money on otterbox over the years because I figured it was worth it since they almost guarantee these will protect your phones. I guess now I have to spend another fortune to get my phone fixed. Thanks otterbox

DO NOT BUY!!!! I am not one to leave a review for a product, in fact this is the first.
I dropped my phone from waist height out of my pocket and it fell onto hard wood flooring in a store.
The screen is totally fine. The back side of my phone is shattered and has glass falling out.
Says 3x military standard 😂
Called about warranty and they said there is nothing they will do.

Phone broke in the case

I have always used otterbox cases. I bought a new case just last week and thought it seemed a little off. Today I dropped my phone and the entire back of my phone shattered WITH the case on. I will no longer be buying.

Cracked phone twice

I’ve used this case for 2 iPhones and both phones had the back of the phone crack within 1 month of using the case. No clue how they’re cracking but replaced my phone last time and again within a month.. turn the phone over and the entire back has cracks all over it. Definitely not protecting the phone.

Shattered Back

I got this case for free with a purchase of my phone through my carrier. All was fine (except the usual color transfer with a clear case) until I noticed the back of my phone was shattered. I’ve had this case for about 2 months and today I think I had a minor drop of my phone (by minor the only thing I recall is dropping it while getting out of my car) with the case on and I came inside to sit down and noticed my iPhone was shattered. I wish I could share a picture of how bad it is. Thankfully I got insurance, but still has to pay for repairs due to this case.
