Bought this case for my iPhone 13 and the case yellowed on the sides almost immediately and my phone screen is now chipped and cracked in the bottom right corner I have never dropped my phone more than 1-2ft and have only had the case for about 3 weeks

While we design our cases to minimize the risk of damage, there are variables that can influence the outcome of any drop or fall that we're unable to prevent. As far as that yellowing goes, there are actually a few factors that can potentially cause something like this, but our Otter engineers work hard to keep such cosmetic complications at bay.
We can't extend our warranty to the device itself, as we aren't the manufacturer. We'd be more than happy to help with a brand new case though. Please give our customer service team a call at 1-855-688-7269 with any questions or if you'd like a new case.

Useless

I had had my phone for less than two weeks and thought OtterBox was supposed to be a safe case! My phone fell from the grocery cart and the entire back of my phone shattered. This case is basically useless.

Minimal Protection

I dropped my iPhone while picking it up off of my desk, and the entire back of my phone shattered. Not a great product, especially for an iPhone 14, as there seems to be very minimal protection.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst Purchase & Warranty Experience Ever

My original 14 pro clear MagSafe case turned yellow and was replaced through the warranty with a clear non-MagSafe case. After a month of use I dropped my phone less than three feet while in the case and the back shattered and splintered into a million pieces.

Would not recommend

I bought this case back in January and it already has a crack down the back and the sides are falling apart. My phone is also constantly popping out of the case so I need to keep putting it back in. Honestly very disappointed in the product. Now I need to buy a new case and it’s been less than a year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great shade of green! Sturdy and well-fitted. Only negative thing I will say is that the front rubber-trim discolors quickly, (as in it looks dirty after a few days of pulling it in and out of your pocket).
