It’s designed to keep your phone from breaking or at least the back of it. I had to get a replacement phone it dropped and shattered my whole back of my iPhone. I just got this iPhone. worst phone case ever!!

Discolored after a few weeks!

Camera cut out too small for protector

I have used OtterBox cases on all of my past and never had issues. This case has left me disappointed. the cutout for the camera has a lip on it from the manufacturing process that doesn’t allow the case to fully seat. I did fix this problem with #400 #800 #1000 #1500 #5000 grit sandpaper but for such a expensive case this has left me disappointed

Since those are not a product we make at this point, unfortunately, that's not something we test for use with.
That said, we were surprised to hear about the peculiar lip that was preventing your device from sitting flush within the case. That definitely sounds like a one-off to us, and we'd be happy to help get you set up with a brand-new warranty replacement if you'd like. Used to be my go to case for iPhone, but no more!

Have always No longer though! Bought this for my new iPhone 14 Pro, Really liked the feel of it. Then I dropped about 2 feet and the back glass is totally shattered. Now have to pay for repairs and expedited shipping!

NOT Protective

Disappointed in this case. I like the look and function of it (all the buttons work great, etc.) but the entire back of my phone is shattered. I don't drop my phone often and I'm not even sure when it happened. I just looked at my phone one day and noticed cracking around the camera lens, and when I took the case off for the first time since getting my phone, the entire back was ruined. I've used Otterbox cases for a long time and am really disappointed that the protection and quality has gone down so much.

Awful

I loved the look of this phone case but it slips off on the corners like it’s just a little too big and the sides have turned the most disgusting color. I have tried many ways to clean it and nothing has shown any improvement. I have never disliked my OtterBox case. I have always sworn by them but I don’t trust this case and now feel like it looks disgusting.

Not the same quality

I’ve liked this case for as long as I’ve had it until recently where the edge has come off and has started to bow out. I’ve had this case for less than a year and unfortunately don’t have my receipt. It’s a shame because I’ve never had a problem with otterbox in the past.

Avoid if own iPhone 14pro

This particular case will NOT protect/prevent the back screen shattering on a iPhone 14pro with a simple drop. The company cases, even the low end series, have never disappointed. By reading reviews and company responses, the company doesn’t warrant/cover broken back screens only makes me wonder that they know the phones are and will in future be prone to the backs shattering easily from a slightest drop.
