Product came is good packaging and I structuction where easy. Was able to assemble in 2-3 hrs given some plumbing challenges. Only challenge was height of product is 2 inches more than space between my countertop and cupboards which are per state standard

Very disappointed. The water is not cold enough and the blinking lights come on too frequently which is annoying. I will not recommend this to anyone.

The product is very useful and comes in handy whenever you need a nice cup of water but I can no longer get both the cool and hot water at the same time but the support team suggested me to buy the cleaning kit to perform the cleaning process
