I bought the second one last week, we had the first one for the last year and works perfect, its for a samll office of 20 people the most and we love it. filter change is easy and has all the instructions.

So far so good, I had an Avalon water dispenser before but it didn't last very long. Replacing the one i had before lasted around 5 years.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Taller than expected. Did find space on eating peninsula for it. Still working on on boxing and installing. Bought because we have a salt based water conditioner and share water with my parents trailer. They always say the water is hard, so I run the conditioner. My son says the water is salty and won't drink it.

Stopped working in two weeks

The cold water feature stopped working within two weeks. The compressor no longer makes a sound or vibrates.
