Excellent Support

We recently had an issue with copper pipes being installed. One of the valves broke. Our system was not even under warranty at the time, and Gabrielle assisted us in providing excellent response, information, support and sent a new valve without question. Excellent product and customer support.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works great looks great and I really like that the different water temperature buttons are labeled. We rent out our conference room so we constantly have new people in there that have never used our water cooler before. I looked at purchasing a cheaper one and printing labels but Im so glad I went with a professional looking model where this is already included.
