We haven't installed the unit yet but just from taking it out of the box I can tell it is high quality in terms of the build. Which is reassuring because the photos online never showed an up close and definitive look. But for sure this machine is very nicely built. I am very excited to get it installed and working and have an endless supply of clean hitcold water!!

We feel that it is more sanitary since it is bottom loading.
