This filter is excellent, the water tastes clean and fresh, and having access to both hot and cold water 24/7 is incredibly convenient.The only downside is that it doesn’t fit under my kitchen cabinet as I had hoped. I would appreciate it if Avalon could offer a solution or suggestion for this issue.

I purchased this about 11 months ago and it has quit working. I've reached out to warranty and am waiting to here back. I'll update my review when I've managed to figure out what's wrong. Before it quit working, I really enjoyed having cold or hot water whenever I wanted.

We had one for 8 years, and when the filter was no longer available, Avalon sent us a new machine which we just got hooked up. Thank you, WONDERFUL company and product.
