This product has been great for our small office. We have bad water pressure in our building but this has resolved it by having the tank which then heats or cools as well. A few months in we did have two problems of the water not cooling occasionally and then later it not dispensing properly (running out of water) but customer service was able to resolve that quickly. Angel G was the customer service rep that quickly helped the filter problem that was causing the bigger issue of it not dispensing properly. There was quick and clear communication, a helpful resolution and follow up as well which I appreciate. It's great to have a product with great support.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great dispenser. The cool spout is not as powerful as the hot and cold. But its noiseless and convenient.

Having issues with unit making noise and shaking. Doing some adjustments and will see if they work. Overall like the unit hot/cold works well. Need to resolve the noise issue when dispensing water.

I like the size and the fact that it has the water bottle in the bottom of the unit. It really makes for a easy bottle change. The look of the unit is great.
