Buyer Beware- Breaks Down Immediately After Warentee

Within sixteen months the Thermostat broke on it so the cold water reservoir freezes and prevents the machine from dispensing water. When troubleshooting i was told warrantee only lasts 12months :(
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Tech Support Experience

Currently we have 3 Avalon water dispensers at my place of employment. Our staff uses them all day, every day. When we had problems with two of the units, I reached out for help. I was ready to give up, but Michaela H. in tech support is top notch. She convinced me she would stick with me until we fixed or replaced the units. After several emails & calls of troubleshooting, she helped me fix one and promptly sent a replacement part for the other one. They're both working great now thanks to her knowledge and patience. Thanks again, Michaela!
