It took a long time to get cold water to temperature tor light to turn out. Would prefer filters were not visible. Also, did not receive the unit I ordered. I did not notice until the plumber finished installing it.

Great Product with even Better Customer Service

We've had our water cooler in our office for the past 5 years and it's worked out great. It's super low maintenance and when we did encounter an issue with it for the first time recently, Kyle W. responded to our email within an hour and was able to quickly help us resolve the issue upon his first suggestion. He has provided us with the best customer service and helped us save our water cooler. Thank you!
