Relatively easy setup

Relatively easy setup but even after flushing the system, the water is cloudy and tastes bad. Hopefully flushing it more will help eliminate the issue.

Installation was very easy. Customer service has been great and over-all the water dispenser works as it should. We opted for the reoccurring filter subscription to make sure we never miss a filter change!

Overall I'm very happy with this product. I love the convenience of it, the cold is very cold and the hot is very hot. Two things I don't care for is the size and the taste of the cold water. I drink a lot of water & the taste could be better.

Received our water cooler, set it up and found a leak. I called avalon customer service and had the privilege of speaking to Michaela. She was kind, respectful and help me identify the issue right away. We have a new part coming! I understand in shipping things happen, but her dedication to her customers was awesome. Keep up the great work Michaela your great attitude is contagious :)
I would recommend this to a friend!
