Bought to replace a bottled machine. The water tastes amazing and it is so great to always get cold drinking water! Way quieter then my other water machine too

Couldn't be happier with this system - it's compact, was easy to set up, hot water is instant and both hot and cold come out the perfect temperature. It's exactly what we needed in our office.

replacing the machine

We are replacing the machine we already had due to a malfunction that wasn't able to be fixed. The water froze SOLID, and we contacted CS and defrosted it, only for it to happen right away again. So, he said it wasn't able to be fixed. We had to buy a new machine. :(
