E4 alarm after 8 months

e4 alarm after 8 months. i cleared the drain pipe, unplugged multiple times to get it to reset. the pump is working just the alarm doesnt clear. how water everything, nothing works.

The first unit I bought leaked from the basin. I didn't realize it until it was fully installed. Still had to pay the guy I hired to install it, then take it out. Then I installed the replacement myself. Seems that there's no leaks now.

I bought this a few weeks ago and just got it installed today. It fit in right where the old GE dishwasher had been without modification to the cabinet. Install was straightforward.
