I just installed this dishwasher and the stainless steel tub leaks. All the connections are tight and I ran it through a cycle to see what was leaking. The leak is coming from the tub itself. Not any connections.

Contestant beeping and not sure what it is. Manual doesn’t say.. a bit difficult to use, not intuitive. And not sure how to cancel operation.
