I purchased the dishwasher and it did not work

When I turned the dishwasher on, it was making noise and showing "E4" code. It also was showing the * sign. THe machine was making a laud noise like a pump was working. I checked the water supply. It was very strong. So, the absence of water was not an explanation.

Bad install but great product

Love the dishwasher but when putting it in the kitchen we found the box did not have a power cord and was also missing important valve and screws. I think they forgot to include a bag of gear. Dishwasher runs quiet and cleans very very well. Once figuring out how to install without a power cord I was happy with the product.
