I have gone through 3 different water dispensers. Every time I change the filters my hot water stops working. I am definitely in search of something that will work better for my needs.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far, so good. Required a handyman to come install the water line, which was a hassle, but other than that, the machine works great!

I am very pleased with the product, However i wasnt aware that we needed to activate the warranty after purchasing on Amazong nor theres intructions for this to be perfomed while purchasing.
