Poor cooling- only worked two months

I bought this product to help my shop crew with high water demand during summer. The product worked great up to the 2 month use period. It has now lost cooling capabilities and we have luke warm water coming out of the cold dispenser. We have checked everything is connected and turned on and still no positive response. We are going to reach out to the warranty team.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Happy with it so far. We replaced a monthly subscription of a rental water tank so this is much more economical.

Recently purchased. Will take some getting used to on the process of flushing the new filters. Wish there was a shutoff valve in the back of the unit. Love the filtered hot water!!
