Products works great when refrigerant is in working order. We bought 2 of these units 1 works flawlessly the 2nd one does not cool the water.

Easy install all parts included no guess work up and ready to run in 30min. or less! Only complaint would be the instruction manual. It appears that the instructions are modeled around covering *all* models/units. So small inconsistencies between units creates confusion when troubleshooting issues.
