We did have a couple of hiccups during installation due to the instructions. The water source must be turned back on in addition to the adapter with valve. Instructions and pictures did not state so.

Works so well and easy. It's very compact so it doesn't take up too much floor space. I'm so happy that I don't have to lift my bottles anymore! Perfect cold water and hot water on demand.

So far so good. The hot/cold water functions work fine. The unit is quiet and the stainless steel finish matches my wifes kitchen appliances... Keep in mind its less than a week old.
