Was really impressed with how the unit was shipped and the ease with installation but the best part of the whole thing is that we do not have to lift another 5 gallon bottle of water. Thank you for this water cooler I highly recommend this unit to all people who want to save their backs.

The package came intact and it was very easy to move the water dispenser around to find the perfect location. The water itself actually gets very hot and very cold and even cool which was something very important for my household! Im in love with the product so far and even happier with the fact that it cleans itself. The manual is very easy and straight forward to follow which is a plus!
