Water Dispenser Update

Since we had numerous problems with an in-refrigerator water/ice dispenser, when we purchased our recent refrigerator, we went with a basic style and decided to purchase the filtered bottle-less water dispenser. So far, we love it and are happy with our decision and had only minor issues with the installation.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We bought several of these units for our schools when the Covid pandemic hit. Very disappointing. :( First off the double filters are expensive and the beeping alarm is a nuisance to quiet school areas. There are too many things to know for school maintenance workers that don't get passed to new workers that have to deal with the problems later. We had the tanks completely freeze up not knowing that was the problem. We found we had to put plug-in timers on units that froze up so they could have time to thaw at night. We had to bypass the flood sensor because of kids constantly spilling water. The truth is, it is just an overall poor product to use and maintain in school settings.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
